MyOrigines chooses Equadis and the GDSN standard to deliver high-quality product data from its brand partners across Europe
MyOrigines, a leading French online beauty retailer specializing in fragrances, cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products, announced a partnership with Equadis, recognized for its GDSN[1] expertise and deep knowledge of the cosmetics industry, to simplify and enhance the reliability of product data exchanges with its partner brands and luxury Houses.
To support its continued growth and meet increasing requirements for product data quality, MyOrigines will deploy Equadis’ Product Data Syndication (PDS) and Product Information Management (PIM) solutions. This new organization will centralize and automate product data flows from nearly 190 suppliers, representing 400 brands, 35,000 SKUs, and 22 countries. The project will be rolled out in two phases beginning in September 2026.

As consumers increasingly expect complete and transparent product information—and as European regulations continue to tighten, particularly regarding traceability and compliance—high-quality product data has become a strategic priority for e-commerce businesses.

To address this complexity, MyOrigines is taking a major strategic step by entrusting the management of its product data to an external partner for the first time: Equadis. The objective of this partnership is to streamline data exchanges while ensuring consistent, reliable, and readily usable product information. By adopting the international GDSN standard, MyOrigines will also harmonize product data exchanges with suppliers on a global scale.
A unified platform to streamline product data exchanges
MyOrigines selected Equadis’ Product Data Syndication (PDS) and Product Information Management (PIM) solutions to manage its entire product data lifecycle – from supplier data acquisition to distribution across its direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce platform.
Integrated within a single platform, these solutions will enable MyOrigines to:
- Collect and centralize product data from suppliers;
- Standardize product information in accordance with GDSN standards;
- Support supplier onboarding regardless of their level of digital maturity;
- Deliver reliable, structured product data across all MyOrigines sales channels in 22 countries.
Deployment will begin in September 2026 with the onboarding of the first partner brands, before being rolled out more broadly by the end of the year.
