Your mission as Application Support Engineer!

 

As part of the R&D department’s technical support team, you are in charge of our technical support for customers.

Your main mission is to provide comprehensive technical support.

More details:

  • Resolve tickets on the Jira platform, issued by our Customer Success Managers, following a problem encountered by our customers on our platform.
  • Analyze the problem in order to define the level of urgency for its resolution, as well as the techniques to be used to solve it.
  • Make 1st level development if necessary, using JavaScript and the SQL database. If the problem is more complex, you will entrust it to our analysis team and our developers.
  • Use existing engines to adapt new integration and publication interfaces for our
  • Ensure compliance with the GDSN (Global Data Synchronization Network) standard, as well as with the formats of the product sheets used (Excel, XML).
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables, following tests carried out.

 

As part of the continuous improvement process, you are responsible for analysing recurring tickets and finding appropriate solutions to prevent them recurring.

During the project phases, you work with the project managers to implement the various new functionalities requested by the customer and ensure that the project schedule and deadlines are met.

You also create PDF product sheets for our customers and implement them on our platform.

 

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in Computer Science.
  • You know the technologies: Java, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL server, XML, XSLT and XSD.
  • Are you fluent in French and English ? You must have.
  • You are able to advise our Customer Success Managers and explain the ticket resolution you have carried out.

You work full-time, Monday to Friday, with one day of teleworking per week.

A corporate bonus is paid at the end of each year, after 6 months of seniority in the company.
