Your missions as a Sales Engineer! 🎯


As a full member of the Sales team, you’ll closely collaborate with our various internal teams (Project Managers, Customer Success Managers…) as well as with our prospects, clients, and external partners. Your main role will be to identify new possibility for the company’s commercial growth and build your client portfolio.


You will be responsible for guiding your clients throughout their journey, addressing their needs, and steering them towards project realization.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Prospecting new potential clients according to the commercial strategy.
  • Growing your client portfolio by nurturing trusting relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Independently managing the entire sales process (from prospect identification to deal closure, as well as client portfolio development).
  • Developing Upsell and Cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Participating in events such as trade shows to enhance the visibility of our company.


Your profile:

  • You hold a higher education degree and have at least 5 years of experience in the commercial field, particularly in B2B relationships.
  • You have demonstrated your ability to persuade stakeholders from different departments and various sectors, such as C-Level executives, Managers, and IT Directors….
  • Your proactivity, autonomy, and conquering spirit, combined with your interest in technical solutions, will be valuable assets for effectively understanding Equadis solutions.
  • Your negotiation skills and perseverance are essential traits of your professional personality.
  • You are proficient in both written and oral communication in French and English. Additional knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.
  • Possessing a network of contacts in a specific industry sector is a real advantage.


What we offer?

Your salary package includes:

  • An attractive base salary.
  • Uncapped commissions, paid monthly for each sale.
  • An annual bonus based on the achievement of individual and company objectives.
  • A 50% contribution to your public transport pass.
  • A contribution to your health insurance company.

You will work full time, Monday through Friday and have one day remotely per week.

You will benefit from 5 weeks of paid vacation per year, as well as RTT. You also enjoy one teleworking day per week.
