Your Responsibilities as a Business Analyst (M/F)
Within the Product team integrated into the R&D department, you will combine responsibilities in functional analysis and quality assurance. You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and validating customer requirements to add new features to our existing solutions, ensuring the quality of delivered products while acting as a liaison between customer needs and internal teams.
You will be specifically responsible for:
- Gather and analyze client and stakeholder requirements to define the product vision.
- Document these requirements in functional specifications and detailed design documents.
- Create functional mockups to visualize the requested features.
- Assist the Product Team Leader in managing the backlog by creating user stories and prioritizing them based on strategic goals and deadlines.
- Define and document acceptance criteria for new projects using test management tools such as TestRail.
- Coordinate with teams (development, customer support, marketing, sales) to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Design and execute detailed test plans based on functional specifications.
- Perform manual, exploratory, and regression testing to validate product stability and compliance.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira, and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines for each production release.
- Analyze recurring issues to identify opportunities for sustainable improvements.
Your profile:
- Do you hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business?
- Do you have at least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role? Prior experience in Quality Assurance is a plus.
- Do you have proven expertise in Agile methodology, particularly within the SCRUM framework?
- Are you proficient in tools such as Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and test management tools (e.g., TestRail)?
- Are you fluent in both French and English?
- Are you rigorous, methodical, and equipped with excellent writing and communication skills, capable of interacting with multidisciplinary teams?

The position is based in Beirut and is offered as a one-year Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) with the possibility of transitioning to a Permanent Contract.
