Your Responsibilities as a Functional Project Manager!
You play a key role in the success of projects by acting as a coordinator and interpreter between our various departments (Sales, Customer Success Management, technical teams, and end users). You are responsible for leading and coordinating complex projects aimed at implementing our solutions for clients. Your involvement starts from the project design phase (pre-sales) and continues through to delivery.
Main Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the sales team to propose solutions tailored to client needs during the pre-sales phase of the project.
- Interact with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives, then draft detailed functional specifications.
- Participate in technical design reviews to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth project execution and delivery while adhering to quality standards, budgets, and deadlines. Organize and facilitate related meetings.
- Identify and manage risks and issues by implementing corrective actions.
- Participate in testing phases, including user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate the deployment of solutions in production with clients, Customer Success Managers, and technical project managers.
- Develop regular reports on project progress for stakeholders and the department director to analyze performance and promote continuous improvement.
- Achieve collective and individual objectives set in collaboration with the department director.
Your Profile :
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Master’s degree in computer science, project management, engineering, or a related field. A project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS solutions and B2B relationships.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and proficiency in tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Ability to lead and coordinate simultaneous projects in both internal and external environments with international teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Strong customer service orientation, analytical mindset, and attention to detail, with a proactive approach and ability to propose solutions.

As an Executive, you are entitled to 5 weeks of paid vacation per year, as well as additional time off (RTT). You will also benefit from one day of remote work per week. Equadis contributes to your health insurance and covers public transportation expenses.
The position is based in Lyon (Confluence), France, and is offered as a permanent contract (CDI).
