Your Missions as a Technical Support Specialist
As part of the Technical Support team within the R&D department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients.
Technical Responsibilities:

Resolve tickets via the Jira platform, reported by our Customer Success Managers following issues encountered by clients on our Gaia platform.

Analyze problems to determine their level of urgency and the most effective methods to resolve them.

Perform first-level developments when needed, using JavaScript and SQL. For more complex issues, you will escalate the case to our analysis and development teams.

Use existing engines to adapt new integration and publication interfaces for our clients.

Ensure compliance with the GDSN (Global Data Synchronization Network) standard and with the formats used for product sheets (Excel, XML).

Guarantee the quality of deliverables after completing all necessary testing.

As part of continuous improvement, you will help analyze and identify recurring tickets, proposing appropriate solutions to prevent future occurrences.

During project phases, you will collaborate with Project Managers to implement new client-requested features while ensuring compliance with project schedules and deadlines.

You will also create product sheets (PDF format) for clients and upload them to our platform.
Your profile:
-
Degree in Computer Science or Computer and Communication.

Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, XML, XSLT, and XSD technologies.

Proficient in French and English.

Able to advise Customer Success Managers and clearly explain the technical resolutions you have implemented.
