As part of our growth, we are looking for a passionate Product Owner to join our team and drive the evolution of our products. You will play a key role in translating the product vision into concrete objectives, ensuring that the features developed meet customer needs and strategic directions. As a true link between business requirements and technical teams, you will be responsible for creating value for our users while contributing to the company’s strategic goals.
Your missions
Product Vision & Strategy
- Contribute to the translation of the product vision and business objectives into actionable steps.
- Ensure that both business and technical teams have a clear understanding of this vision.
- Provide visibility on short-, medium-, and long-term priorities and directions.
Backlog Management & Prioritization
- Create, structure, and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Business Analysts and the Product Team Leader.
- Ensure clarity, transparency, and understanding of user stories.
- Manage priorities to maximize created value and meet roadmap goals.
Needs Translation & Operational Follow-up
- Gather and formalize user and business requirements.
- Define acceptance criteria and monitor the quality of deliverables.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Serve as the functional point of contact for teams during development.
Monitoring, Validation & Continuous Improvement
- Validate delivered features and measure their impact using KPIs and customer feedback.
- Identify improvement opportunities and suggest relevant product evolutions.
- Contribute to product monitoring and competitive analysis to anticipate market trends.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong experience in backlog management (writing user stories, prioritization, refinement).
- Familiarity with collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Product mindset: understanding what creates value for the user.
- Knowledge of the market, users, and competitors.
- Ability to read and interpret product KPIs/metrics (adoption, churn, conversion rate, etc.).
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Sufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with developers.
Your profile
- Degree in business, project management, digital marketing, or UX/UI design.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of both physical and digital commerce sectors.
- Solid technical understanding to communicate efficiently with development teams.
- Product-oriented mindset focused on user value creation.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, listening, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.
- Ability to unite and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English and French (C1 level).

This position is based in Beirut, Lebanon, offered under a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract thereafter.
