As part of a new position and to support our digital growth, we are looking for a Digital Growth Manager. As a member of the marketing team, your role will be to lead acquisition, optimization, and analysis initiatives while exploring new tools and channels. You will be responsible for deploying the company’s digital strategy and ensuring strong brand visibility among prospects and clients — in line with the overall communication strategy.

 

Your missions

Strategy and Planning

  • Contribute to the development of the Digital Marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing and Communication Director.
  • Analyze market trends and perform competitive benchmarking.
  • Define personas and target profiles.
  • Manage relationships with web agencies working with the marketing department.

Operational Missions

  • Lead Acquisition and Campaign Management
  • Optimize different channels to boost lead generation.
  • Design, execute, coordinate, and optimize emailing and lead acquisition campaigns.
  • Implement corrective actions and conduct A/B tests to improve click-through and conversion rates across all digital communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Administration (ADV) departments to define targets (Sales Navigator), monitor campaign performance, and coordinate follow-up actions.

Equadis Website

  • Develop, implement, and optimize the traffic acquisition strategy, leveraging various optimization levers to increase site visibility and generate maximum traffic and leads.
  • Manage the website daily, in collaboration with the web agency, ensuring it evolves in line with company strategy.
  • Manage partnerships and affiliations that enhance the site’s visibility and SEO.

SEO and SEA

  • Optimize the website’s SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve brand visibility on search engines.
  • Manage SEA (Search Engine Advertising) campaigns to attract qualified traffic.

Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and activities using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Prepare weekly KPI reports and recommend corrective actions to management.

 

Your profile : 

  • Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Digital Marketing or Business/Commerce.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Recognized for your curiosity, data-driven mindset, creativity, and collaborative spirit.

  • Excellent written and spoken French skills.

  • Good level of English (minimum B2). German is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

  • Proficiency with:

    • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro),

    • CMS tools (WordPress),

    • Digital performance monitoring tools (Google Analytics, Heatmaps, Google Keyword Planner, Yoast SEO, Semrush),

    • Emailing and prospecting tools,

    • Digital advertising tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
