Your mission as a Support / Customer Care!

You assist our clients in using our solution by guiding them through the setup and implementation of our solution. You serve as their point of contact for daily support, providing the necessary answers to optimize our products to meet their business challenges.

You work closely with the CSM team as well as other Equadis teams (project manager, technical support, sales, etc.).

 

Your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Take charge of incoming requests from clients in both French and English (emails, calls), adapting your communication style based on your interlocutors.
  • Provide training to clients on the Equadis solution and address their questions regarding platform usage.
  • Offer solutions to encountered problems.
  • Report anomalies to the technical teams and track their resolution through our Jira ticketing system.
  • Draft support materials for our clients as well as for internal use: FAQs, tutorials, etc.

 

Your profile:

You have a minimum of 2 year of experience in customer relations, preferably in SaaS, Data Management, or supporting business software.
You are comfortable in both French and English (spoken and written). If you possess a third language, it is a plus.

 

You are an expert in new technologies with strong computer skills.
You feel capable of providing product training both remotely and on-site at the client’s location.
You understand and respond to the needs of your interlocutors to ensure their satisfaction.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and are an outstanding communicator.
You quickly understand problems and rephrase needs with autonomy and pedagogical skills.

 

What we offer?

Your salary package consists of:

  • Monthly gross salary
  • An annual bonus based on the achievement of individual and company objectives.
  • A 50% contribution to your public transport pass
  • A contribution to your health insurance company

You will work full time, Monday through Friday and have one day remotely per week.

The position is based in Lyon (Confluence) – France. This is a permanent contract.
