The main challenge for the Country Sales Manager is to expand local business activities
by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and implementing
effective sales strategies, while also playing a key role in developing and growing the
team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify new potential clients based on the sales strategy.
- Cultivate strong relationships to expand your client base and ensure lasting
satisfaction. - Take charge of the entire sales process, from finding prospects to sealing
deals and growing your portfolio. - Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to boost revenue.
- Participate in relevant business events related to our industry and for our
business development.
Your profile:
- 7 years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to sell a SaaS solution.
- Knowledge in the retail and/or digital sectors.
- Ability to persuade C-level executives and IT directors in B2B relationships.
- Proficient in both written and oral communication in Italian and English.
What we Offer
Your compensation package includes:
- An attractive base salary.
- Unlimited commissions, paid monthly on each sale.
- An annual bonus based on the achievement of individual and company goals.
- A 50% contribution towards your public transportation pass.
Monday to Friday, with one day of teleworking per week.
The position is based in Milan – Italy. This is a permanent contract.
