Your Role

As a Technical Implementation Engineer, you will support customers throughout the implementation and integration of our SaaS solution. Acting as the technical lead, you will manage projects from requirements analysis through to production deployment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading technical implementation projects while ensuring quality, timelines and customer satisfaction.
• Understanding customer technical requirements and designing the most appropriate integration solutions.
• Configuring APIs, connectors and data exchanges between our platform and customer information systems.
• Performing solution configuration and deployment activities.
• Working with SQL databases to validate data quality, troubleshoot issues and support implementation activities.
• Collaborating closely with Product, Development, Support and Customer Success teams.
• Producing technical documentation including integration guides, specifications and architecture diagrams.
• Supporting customers throughout deployment and go-live phases.

Your Profile

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in software implementation, systems integration or SaaS deployment projects.

   

• You enjoy combining customer interaction with technical problem-solving and are comfortable translating business needs into technical solutions.

   

• You have hands-on experience configuring software solutions and integrating multiple information systems.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years’ experience in a Technical Project Manager, Technical Consultant, Implementation Consultant or similar role.
• Proven experience in software implementation and configuration.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, integrations and data exchange.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript.
• Understanding of application architecture and enterprise systems.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
