As a key player in product data management, we support our clients in their digital transformation across Europe.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about customer relationships and technology solutions, and who is capable of supporting clients over the long term while maximizing the value of our solutions.
Your mission
Onboarding & Training
- Support new clients in the integration and onboarding of Equadis solutions
- Design and deliver educational materials (guides, videos, webinars)
- Organize and lead training sessions to ensure optimal adoption of our solutions
Support & Operational Follow-up
- Assist clients on a daily basis in the use of our solutions and in their relationships with partners (retailers, marketplaces, suppliers, etc.)
- Handle first-level support requests and coordinate with technical teams when needed
- Document issues to contribute to a continuous improvement process
Optimization & Consulting
- Analyze client usage to identify improvement opportunities
- Share best practices and advise clients on optimizing product data
- Provide tailored recommendations to maximize performance
- Engage with key market players and standardization bodies to anticipate industry developments
Customer Relationship & Growth
- Build trusted relationships with clients through regular and proactive follow-up
- Collect feedback and adapt customer success strategies accordingly
- Monitor customer satisfaction using dedicated tools
- Identify and activate upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaboration & Cross-functional Projects
- Work closely with product, project, support, and marketing teams
- Contribute to integration projects and the improvement of internal processes
- Participate in growth initiatives and technology monitoring
Your profile
- Strong experience in a Customer Success Manager or customer support role
- Fluency in French and German (mandatory)
- Comfortable with digital tools and technical environments
- Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, and analytical mindset
