Position based in Paris in full remote.
Main mission:
The Sales Account Manager is in charge of the entire sales cycle:
- Recruit new customers, prospect through various channels to generate leads and convert (trade shows, LinkedIn, personal network, consulting agency, business introducer etc….).
- Develop existing portfolios (upsell on new products, referrals to other subsidiaries and/or divisions of the company).
Mission details (non-exhaustive):
- Consultative sales prospecting
- Gather the necessary information about the company and the key contacts to be approached.
- Make initial appointments to introduce yourself and promote your services.
- Follow up on prospecting actions carried out.
- Adapt sales pitches.
- Sell & Manage customers:
- Manage the entire process of presenting services, negotiating commercial conditions and concluding contracts.
- Design sales proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms.
- Respond to calls for tender.
- Ensure coordination between the various internal departments and the customer to guarantee quality of service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee all customer relations (strategic and operational).
- Define Upsell strategy for customer portfolio (geographic expansion, sales/customer development).
- Analyze and monitor indicators:
- Carry out weekly monitoring of sales activity: (number of customers met, sales proposals written, presented, sold, follow-ups carried out) via Salesforce.
- Analyze market trends and monitor competition.
Your profile:
- At least 5 years’ experience selling SaaS solutions in a similar sector (data management).
- Fluency in both spoken and written English (European scope therefore essential), German is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and rigorously.
- Ability to present solutions convincingly and establish relationships with a variety of contacts.
- Ability to approach the right contacts methodically and strategically.
