Your missions as a Product Owner!
As part of our growth, we are looking for a passionate Product Owner to join our team and drive the evolution of our products. Acting as the key link between business needs and technical teams, you will ensure value creation for our users while contributing to the company’s strategic objectives.
Your missions
- In close collaboration with the Product Team Leader and management, define and communicate the product vision to the product and technical teams.
- Manage the Product Backlog: prioritize needs, and ensure clarity and visibility for the teams.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable features, in collaboration with Business Analysts and development teams.
- Coordinate QA, business, sales, and support teams to guarantee the quality, relevance, and impact of product developments.
- Participate in agile rituals: daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor deliverables, validate developed features, and measure their impact on users.
- Contribute to product and competitive monitoring to adjust the roadmap according to market trends.
Technical skills
- Proficiency in backlog management (writing user stories, prioritization, refinement).
- Familiarity with collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Product mindset: understanding what brings value to users.
- Knowledge of the market, users, and competitors.
- Ability to interpret KPIs/product metrics (adoption, churn, conversion rate, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles.
- Sufficient technical understanding to effectively communicate with developers.
Your profile
- Higher education in business, project management, digital marketing, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role (PO, functional project manager, etc.), ideally in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
- Knowledge of the PIM domain or product data management is a strong asset.
- Mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, listening, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
- Ability to unite and work within multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in English and French (C1 level).

This position is based in Beirut, Lebanon, offered under a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract thereafter.
