Join Equadis, a key player in product data management, and help our customers succeed in their digital transformation.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a passion for customer relations and technological solutions, to ensure a fluid, engaging and lasting experience with our products.

 

Your main responsibilities

Onboarding and customer training:

  • Help new customers integrate Equadis solutions.
  • Create and manage training materials: guides, videos, webinars.
  • Organize training sessions to ensure adoption of solutions.

Operational support and monitoring:

  • Assist customers on a daily basis in the use of our solutions and their relationship with their partners (retailers, marketplaces, suppliers…).
  • Resolve first-level incidents and collaborate with technical support.
  • Document problems encountered to promote continuous improvement.

Optimization & advice:

  • Analyze customer usage to identify areas for improvement.
  • Share best practices and advise on product data optimization.
  • Propose personalized recommendations to maximize efficiency.

Customer relations & satisfaction:

  • Establish a relationship of trust through regular, proactive follow-up.
  • Gather feedback, adjust strategies according to customer needs.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction using dedicated tools.

Internal collaboration & cross-functional projects:

  • Work closely with project, product, support and marketing teams.
  • Participate in technical integration projects and the evolution of internal processes.
  • Contribute to technology watch and company growth initiatives.

 

Your profile

  • You have significant experience as a Customer Success manager, customer support or project manager.
  • You are recognized for your excellent interpersonal and teaching skills.
  • You are comfortable with digital tools and technical environments.
  • You are able to manage different projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in French and English (fluency essential).
  • You like to help, solve and clarify.
