Your Responsibilities as a Customer Care Specialist – English & German Speaker (M/F)
Within the Client team, you will play a key role in supporting clients throughout their onboarding journey, working closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure high-quality customer service. This role involves managing new client onboarding, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and customer satisfaction.
You will be specifically responsible for:
- Client Onboarding and Training: Guide new clients through the integration process, organize user training sessions, and provide resources like guides and tutorials to maximize product adoption.
- Daily Support: Assist clients with their platform usage, resolve first-level technical issues, and escalate more complex matters when needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success Managers, project teams, and technical support to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to our processes, tools, and resources to boost client satisfaction.
Your profile:
- Do you hold a a post-secondary education equivalent to an associate degree or two years of higher education?
- Do you have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Support role?
- Are you fluent in both English and German? (mandatory for this job)
- Are you rigorous, methodical, and equipped with excellent writing and communication skills?
